Job summary

Feeders Supply Co. is seeking a sales associate to help customers find the right pet food, answer questions, and participate in restocking and merchandising. You will welcome customers, assist with product selection, and provide friendly service to ensure a great in-store experience.

The role involves working at the register, recommending products, and contributing to a clean, organized store environment. Training is provided to help you learn our products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred and helps deliver best experience.
• Ability to operate the cash register, process payments and make change.
• Strong merchandising skills to keep the store neat and inviting.
• Stock rotation and restocking to ensure product availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure animals in care are fed, watered, and in clean enclosures.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and promotions.
• Operate cash register accurately, handle payments, and give correct change.
• Demonstrate effective merchandising, assist with store resets, stock from trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store.
