Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Sales Associate for the Dayton location at 6221 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45459. You will greet customers, learn product knowledge, assist with pet needs, and support store operations to help ensure profitability.

Strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to operate the POS system are required. Lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional driving for deliveries may be involved. High School diploma preferred, with tips and discounts for team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers according to Hollywood Feed's established customer service standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to address customer and pet needs.
• Unload and stock product deliveries.
• Operate the Hollywood Feed POS system (opening/closing registers, creating customer accounts, processing transactions).
• Perform inventory management tasks such as cycle counts.
