Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure pet parent experience across in-person, phone, and online interactions.
• Greet pet parents and answer questions throughout the store.
• Prepare online orders for in-store pickup with smooth pickup experience.
• Care for store pets including feeding and cleaning habitats.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with pricing/promotions.
• Promote events and adoption weekends.
• Maintain safe environment for associates, pets, and customers.
• Follow company policies.
