Job summary

Benson's Pet Center is seeking dedicated leaders to join our management team. If you love pets and customer service, we value integrity and exceptional guest experiences.

Salary is $18.50–$21 per hour, with a $2/hour boost after 30 days for punctuality and perfect attendance, plus a perfect attendance bonus. Duties include supervising staff, aiding customers, merchandising, and daily operations. Varied days, evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• At least one year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
