Qualifications

• A genuine love for animals and welfare commitment.
• Reliable, hardworking with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, good judgment, and composure under stress.
• Able to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform physically active duties.
• Previous kennel assistant experience preferred; some weekends/holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets with appropriate meals, exercise, and attention.
• Monitor behavior and health, reporting concerns to the medical team promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kennel areas, runs, and outdoor spaces.
• Manage inventory for food and cleaning supplies and coordinate with the team to complete tasks.
