Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts, part of National Veterinary Associates, is seeking a Part-Time Kennel Technician (Pet Pro) in Saint Charles, MO. You’ll care for dogs and cats in daycare and boarding, keeping spaces clean and safe while showing love to our furry guests.

Responsibilities include supervising play, feeding, meds, notes, enrichment, and comforting shy pets. Weekend and holiday shifts required; you’ll join a caring, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about dogs and cats.
• Gentle, patient, and safety‑focused.
• Able to supervise multiple dogs and prevent conflicts.
• Detail‑oriented with good documentation habits.
• Friendly and comfortable speaking with pet parents.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Walk dogs and supervise playgroups.
• Feed pets and administer medications as directed.
• Clean and sanitize pet rooms and common areas.
• Monitor pet health, behavior, and interactions.
• Document care notes and communicate with leadership.
• Engage pets in enrichment activities like fetch and basic obedience games.
• Comfort shy guests and manage high‑energy groups.
• Assist with laundry and general facility upkeep.
