Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Texas in good standing with the State Boards of Pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, startup-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Compound, fill and label prescriptions, and package medications.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians per Texas State Board rules.
• Ensure timely workflow from entry to final verification.
• Oversee product flow from compounding to release and inspection.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with USP chapters 795, 797, and 800.
• Verify prescriptions are accurately dispensed.
• Counsel clients on medications with Care pharmacists.
• Perform additional processing and customer care as needed.
