Redbarn Pet Products is seeking team members to manually prepare and package products in the Bone Fill and Packaging & Variety Room departments. The role requires no prior experience, basic reading/writing, and simple arithmetic for routine tasks.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the position offers starting pay of $12.50 per hour, attendance bonus, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to read simple words and recognize similarities/differences in words and numbers.
• Ability to write and speak simple sentences.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide with two-digit numbers and multiples of 10 and 100.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow simple one- or two-step instructions and handle routine situations.

Responsibilities

• Bone Fill Department: Fillers — remove product from boxes, fill using nozzle, slide trays onto conveyor belt.
• Packaging & Variety Room: Assemble boxes, sort products, wrap and seal, manage pallets and queues.
