Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Palm Desert, California, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week contract/travel assignment to deliver PET imaging and support clinical teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds CNMT and ARRT (N) certifications, has at least 1 year of PET experience, California licensure, and can work 11:00 AM–7:30 PM shifts; the role offers premium pay, comprehensive benefits, housing stipends, and nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CNMT certification required.
• ARRT (N) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience with PET scans.
• California license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Able to work 11:00AM–7:30PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate Nuclear Medicine imaging, primarily PET scans, following safety and quality protocols.
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure scan quality and patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to interpret results and assist in diagnosis.
• Maintain detailed procedure and equipment logs in compliance with hospital policies.
• Educate and support patients throughout the imaging process.
