Qualifications

• Experience in professional grooming, or completion of a Pet Stylist Apprentice program.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for animals.
• Excellent communication with pet parents and team members.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling.
• Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning and other grooming tasks per breed standards.
• Operate grooming tools safely and maintain a clean, sanitary salon.
• Interact kindly with pet parents, offer grooming recommendations and address questions.
• Assist and supervise trainees when needed and uphold Petco policies.
