Responsibilities

• Responsible for the pet parent experience and outcomes conducted in person, over the phone and at the sales register.
• Independently performs the full menu of bath and brush services.
• Ensures a safe environment for associates, pets, and pet parents.
• Responds immediately when a sick or injured pet is identified in the store.
