The ideal candidate will manage grooming services, ensure pet health and safety, and maintain salon standards. Applicants should have prior grooming experience or complete PetSmart’s training program. Qualifications

• Must have prior grooming experience or 6 months in Stylist in Training.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full grooming services including bath and brush.
• Recommend health and wellness solutions to pet parents.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the salon.
• Greets pet parents and assists with reservations.
• Promote salon sales and achieve productivity targets.

Skills

Prior grooming experience

Education
