This role offers full-time or part-time hours with commission starting at 50% based on experience, plus benefits for full-time team members. You will educate clients on services and work collaboratively with staff to ensure high-quality grooming.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional grooming experience.
• Grooming certification preferred.
• Fear Free Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with standard breed cuts.
• Skilled in nail trimming and styling.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality grooming using force-free methods.
• Educate pet parents on products and services.
• Check-in and check-out for each pet.
• Groom scheduled pets independently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Document grooming instructions and fees.
• Communicate with clients and team as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
