Pet Pros Monroe is seeking passionate groomers to join our team and deliver exceptional service in a fun, supportive environment.

We offer competitive wages starting at $20.00-$25.00 per hour, up to 45% commission, and benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, PTO, and employee discounts. A minimum of 2 years grooming experience and a commitment to pet safety are preferred. We value flexibility with full-time and part-time options and provide onboarding to help you succeed from day one.

Qualifications

• Formal grooming training and proven track record
• Collaborative and good with pet parents
• Positive, customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services per breed standards and client requests
• Ensure safety and well-being of every pet
• Educate pet parents about grooming and products
• Maintain a clean grooming area and work with staff as a team
• Attend store or virtual trainings as needed
• Other duties as assigned
