• Minimum 2+ years of professional grooming experience.
• Ability to complete full grooms independently, including large/double-coated breeds.
• Strong scissoring, clipping, bathing, and finishing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-groom wellness assessments and identify potential health concerns.

• Maintain accurate grooming notes and client records.
• Recommend grooming schedules and appropriate wellness products.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding grooming expectations and pet needs.
• Follow all safety, handling, and animal welfare protocols.
