Job summary

Bark & Mane seeks skilled groomers to join our luxury mobile grooming team in Williamson County. You will work in our state-of-the-art vans, delivering one-on-one grooming in clients’ driveways with a focus on comfort and care.

Two openings available to take over full schedules and a wait-listed second slot. We offer a sign-on bonus, a daily pay range, and a four-day work week with scheduling flexibility and PTO.

Qualifications

• No degree required; grooming experience essential.
• Cat grooming experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury one-on-one care to dogs daily, working independently in our grooming vans.
• Rely on our in-house concierge for scheduling and van maintenance so you can focus on grooming.
• Maintain a safe, high-quality schedule with attention to detail on every appointment.

Looking for two groomers to join the team with immediate need to take over an existing groomer's schedule that is full with reoccurring appointments and second opening that has wait list for appointments and will be full quickly.

We Offer

• Sign on bonus after first 90 days
• $250 - $500 per day including base pay, commission, tip and performance bonus
