Job summary

MILLIE GIRL HOLDINGS LLC in Fresno, CA is seeking two experienced pet groomers for immediate start. You will trim and style dogs, ensuring safety, comfort, and client satisfaction in a busy, high-volume shop.

We offer hourly pay with a generous performance bonus, paid time off, flexible schedule, and benefits. Hours are Tuesday–Saturday 8:00–4:00, and you’ll interact with pets daily while helping grow a trusted grooming business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dog grooming technician or similar role.
• Must have own transportation.
• Ability to groom all sizes of dogs.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in continuing education.
• Able to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of clipping techniques and style requests.
• Must know cuts for most breeds.
• Ensure the safety of dogs at all times.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with pet owners.
• Ability to groom all sizes of dogs.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and participate in continuing education.
• Able to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
