Job summary

AGED, Inc. in Longwood, FL, seeks a Trust Advisor to join our nonprofit Trust Operations team.

You will interact with attorneys, guardians, prospects, and clients to support new business opportunities, review trust documents, and resolve moderately complex trust administration issues. The role requires excellent communication, background in financial services or Medicaid or trust/estate work, and the ability to work with multiple departments in an in-office setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to prospects and professionals by phone, email, or in-person meetings
• Interact with clients and advocates to resolve moderately complex trust administration issues
• Review trust documents to ensure compliance with company policies and state guidelines
• Assist with account closing, including drafting documentation and follow-up with heirs
• Notary responsibilities to witness client and trustee signatures
• Attend training on Elder Law, Medicare, Medicaid, and Special Needs Trusts
• Travel to networking events and conferences as required
• Collaborate with multiple departments to manage assigned matters and deadlines
