Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for Team Dedicated routes in the Midwest, Northeast and South. The role focuses on hauling 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers, with a strong emphasis on team driving and dependable weekly pay.

You will earn a weekly guaranteed amount during the initial period, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year, along with an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Other benefits include paid orientation and time off after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team and live within 100 miles of each other.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers.
• 60% drop-and-hook.
• 10-15 loads per week with 2-4 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Midwest, Northeast and South.
