Job summary

Nestlé is seeking Production Operators for our Oklahoma City area dry pet food facility. You will train on equipment, support multiple departments, and advance into roles like Extruder Operator, Utility, and Packing as you gain experience.

The role offers $30.88 per hour with incentives and a broad benefits package including a 401k match and healthcare coverage. Minimum requirements: High School diploma or GED and 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years operating and troubleshooting machinery in a manufacturing or related setting.
• Willingness to train and advance within multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Train on specific production equipment in a safe and productive manner.
• Provide support to operators in unloading, processing and packing.
• Run unloading, processing, and packing equipment and serve as backups.
• Troubleshoot and complete maintenance/inspection checklists.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to maintain safety, quality and production flow.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
