Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packaging Utility Operators for a premium pet food manufacturing partner in Little Falls, MN. This role supports production of high quality pet food and treats on a weekend shift with temp-to-hire potential.

You will operate and inspect equipment, follow exact recipes, perform pre-operation checks, assist production teams, and maintain clean work areas in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Willingness to wear steel toe boots and required PPE.
• Entry level candidates welcome — training provided

Responsibilities

• Produce batched recipes following exact specifications and tolerances
• Inspect raw and in process materials for quality and recipe compliance
• Perform pre operation checks, basic preventive maintenance, and process inspections
• Support production operators by performing mechanical and manual tasks
• Maintain clean machines and work areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and end of shift cleaning
