Job summary

Shared Medical Services in Vandalia, IL, is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our #ONETEAM on a part-time basis.

The role involves performing imaging procedures, administering radiopharmaceuticals, quality assurance, and maintaining compassionate patient care while protecting privacy. 1–3 days per week with potential for full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon-to-be graduate
• Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N)
• Ability to receive permit to practice as necessary
• Ability to produce quality imaging with minimal supervision
• Pass pre-employment background check, urine drug screen and physical

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures, administer contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals
• Perform equipment quality checks and adhere to QA guidelines
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort, safety and confidentiality

PET/CT Technologist / Nuclear Medicine Technologist | Part-Time

We are seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our #ONETEAM.

Anticipated Schedule:

• 1-3 days per week
• Monday is a requirement. Other days can vary
• Potential for full time with guaranteed hours

Responsibilities:

• Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals
• Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon to be graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Program
• Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N)
• Ability to receive permit to practice(s) as necessary
• Ability to produce quality special imaging with little supervision
• Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen and physical
