Job summary

Shared Medical Services in Pittsburgh is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our physician-led, employee-owned imaging provider. No on-call duties are required, and you will perform imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon to be graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Program.
• Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N).
• Ability to receive permit to practice(s) as necessary.
• Ability to produce quality imaging with little supervision.
• Pass pre-employment background check, urine drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering radiopharmaceuticals.
• Perform equipment quality checks and adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Travel between multi-state locations may be required.

Responsibilities:

Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals

Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines

Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon to be graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Program

Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N)
