Job summary

X-Ray Associates of New Mexico is seeking a Full Time PET/CT Technologist Float to cover Albuquerque and Santa Fe locations. Join an organization with 70+ years in the New Mexico medical community and receive a sign‑on bonus and competitive pay based on experience.

The role involves performing high‑quality PET/CT and CT exams, maintaining quality control records, and ensuring patient safety. Monday–Friday dayshift with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• ARRT or NMTCB certification required, or registry eligible.
• Two+ years of PET or Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.
• CT imaging experience preferred.
• ARRT(CT) training may be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality PET/CT and CT exams.
• Maintain quality control records in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
• Cover Albuquerque and Santa Fe locations; float as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

X-Ray Associates of New Mexico is hiring a Full Time PET/CT Technologist Float to cover our Albuquerque and Santa Fe locations to perform high-quality PET/CT and CT exams and to perform and maintain quality control records in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Candidates with dual certification: Nuclear Medicine and Radiology Technologist certifications will receive priority during the pre-interviewing process.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Nuclear Medicine Technology


• Must have IV skills


• ARRT(R) or ARRT(CT) Certification required, or registry eligible


• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required, or registry eligible


• Two or more years of previous PET or Nuclear Medicine experience preferred


• Previous CT imaging experience preferred


• ARRT(CT) preferred, but will train the right ARRT(R) candidate into CT
