Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join a stable, full-time team. You will work on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner, serving local communities and building lasting relationships with healthcare facilities.

This employee-owned company emphasizes the SMS ONETEAM culture and values patient care and innovation. The position offers a flexible environment across multiple sites, with a 4-day work week, occasional Saturdays, and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon to be graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Program.
• Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N).
• Ability to produce quality imaging with little supervision.
• Pass pre-employment background check, urine drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals.
• Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality.
