Qualifications

• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification.
• Current New York State Department of Health Nuclear Medicine License.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine and hybrid imaging procedures, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT.
• Prepare, calculate, order, administer, and document radioactive isotopes per protocols.
• Review orders and verify patient identification before procedures.
• Educate patients regarding exam preparation and expectations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout imaging.
• Complete quality control procedures and maintain equipment standards.
• Maintain radiation safety and ongoing education requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and imaging team for high-quality patient care.
