Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to pull, pick, package, and move merchandise. You will operate powered material handling equipment and assist with inventory, receiving, and loading shipments.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass required certifications. Benefits include health and dental coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off. Typical shift is Monday–Friday with early morning hours; overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent (GED).
• Basic math proficiency.
• Ability to repetitively lift and/or move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass required certification to operate powered material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pulls merchandise from storage locations and prepares for shipment.
• Receives, picks, packages, and moves merchandise using powered equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and compare to records.
• Unload incoming shipments and load outbound trucks.
• Arrange merchandise to maintain inventory levels.
• Package merchandise and ensure correct labels on orders.
