Job summary

CityVet is seeking an Animal Care Attendant (Kennel Tech) to join our team. You will care for animals, maintain clean facilities, and support veterinary staff in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment.

Responsibilities include feeding, bathing, walking, monitoring health, and recording observations. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork to ensure excellent care for all pets and happy clients.

Qualifications

• Lift 50 lbs to waist height.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age at hire.
• Frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting, carrying, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing, bathing, walking, food, water, bedding, toys and other enrichment, with social interaction.
• Monitor health physically and behaviorally and report issues to supervisor.
• Accurately record and maintain patient records, including vital signs.
