Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and engage with customers helpfully and courteously.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers simultaneously.
• Inform customers of current sales and promotions.
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Complete general housekeeping of the store (sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Arrange and rotate items and displays; keep merchandise organized.
• Stock and restock shelves with available products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and recommending products.
• Reinforce safety by reporting unsafe conditions.
• Operate the cardboard baler.
• Exhibit punctual attendance and comply with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
