Job summary

Petco is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome pet parents, help them find products and solutions for their pets, and deliver friendly service on the shop floor across categories like food, toys, and essentials.

You will process sales, returns, exchanges, stock shelves, maintain merchandising, and assist with store recovery, while following Petco policies and safety standards and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for animals and interest in pet care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
