Qualifications

• Provides exceptional customer service to all customers in the store, including demonstrating knowledge of store products, services and promotions.
• Knows how to efficiently operate the cash register and process payments and credits.
• Demonstrates good merchandising skills to keep the store neat and presentable, assist with stock and endcaps.
• Supports a safe, clean work environment and teamwork across store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all animals in our care are taken care of properly up to feeding, watering, and clean enclosures as per company standards.
• Provides exceptional customer service to customers in-store.
• Operates cash register, processes sales, payments and returns accurately.
• Demonstrates merchandising skills, assists with store resets and stock rotation.
