Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with training provided in pet care, behavior, and customer service. The role involves supervising activities, guiding pets safely, and participating in cleaning tasks to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a pet care lead role is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and work indoors and outdoors.
• Capable of lifting and handling pets of various sizes and species.
• Willingness to engage in cleaning tasks as per company standards.
• Certification in pet first aid and CPR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and well-being of pets, noting and reporting any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in pet enclosures and play areas to create a safe and comfortable environment.
• Supervise individual and group play sessions to ensure a balance of safety and enjoyment for all pets.
• Safely handle and guide pets throughout the facility using proper techniques and care.
