Mission Pet Health in Pearland, Texas is seeking a Kennel Assistant to care for boarding and daycare pets on site. You will help ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being while supporting a busy clinic environment with a team of veterinary professionals.

You will contribute to cleanliness, proper animal handling, and inventory control, with opportunities for growth through AVMA-accredited technician programs and network-wide resources.

Qualifications

• Must love animals and welfare commitment.
• Reliable, hardworking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and good judgment; able to handle stress calmly.
• Able to lift up to 50+ lbs; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets.
• Monitor animal health and promptly notify the medical team of any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennels and grounds.
• Support inventory management for food and cleaning supplies and collaborate with the team.
