Mission Pet Health in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Kennel Assistant to care for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring proper food, exercise, and attention to keep their stays safe and comfortable. You will be the primary caregiver, monitor health cues, and maintain a clean, sanitary environment across kennel areas and outdoor runs.

Qualifications

• Experience as kennel assistant is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50+ lbs and handle physically active tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets, including food, exercise and attention.
• Monitor animal health and behavior; notify medical team of concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennel areas, runs and outdoor grounds.
• Manage inventory for food and cleaning supplies; collaborate to keep operations smooth.
