Workstream is hiring a Customer Service Sales Lead to own the client journey from first inquiry to loyal client in our resort environment. This hybrid role focuses on lead outreach, conversion, and high-touch communication with pet parents.

You will drive sales, educate clients about services, log detailed notes, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for pets and their families.

• Proactively follow up with leads and log detailed notes.
• Own and manage leads through the sales funnel.
• Support membership sign-ups and package sales.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and clean environment.
• Answer inquiries with warmth via phone, SMS, and email.
