Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure excellent client care and maximum productivity.
• Assist clients with documentation, enter pet information, and manage IDs.
• Dispense prescription items per veterinarian’s instructions and assist with scheduling and invoicing.
• Provide exceptional service, educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services, and assist with retail sales.
