Red Hill Animal Health Center is seeking a dedicated Pet Care Attendant for our boarding and daycare teams in Carbondale, CO. You’ll provide daily care for dogs and cats, walk dogs, follow care instructions, and help ensure a safe, comfortable stay.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for animals and genuine love for dogs and cats.
• Must be capable of walking dogs and navigating stairs.
• Ability to stay active in a fast-paced boarding/daycare environment.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for boarding and daycare dogs and cats.
• Walk dogs for roughly 30‑minute leash walks.
• Safely handle large dogs and multiple dogs when appropriate.
• Monitor pets for changes in behavior, appetite, or comfort; follow feeding and care instructions.
• Provide exercise, enrichment, and attention; keep areas clean and organized.
• Communicate pet needs clearly with teammates and clients.
