Job description

Job Scope and Responsibilities

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, quickly and accurately switching attention among tasks under distracting conditions without loss of accuracy.

Communicate by reading, writing, and speaking fluent English with appropriate grammar, style, and vocabulary, and spell commonly used English words correctly.

Organize assignments systematically, cutting through confusion and turning chaos into order.

Identify, analyze, and solve problems decisively, translating problems into practical solutions.

Provide client service with attentive, courteous, and informative support, gaining personal satisfaction from delivering great service.

Follow instructions delivered in oral, written, or diagram formats accurately.

Perform basic mathematical calculations and unit conversions.

Use computer and specialized software comfortably and confidently (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).

Special Working Conditions

  • Work may require more than 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
  • Moderately high noise level.
  • Assumes ambulatory skills to perform duties in a hospital setting.
  • Exposure to anesthesia, radiation, biological hazards, and medication/controlled substances.
Experience, Education, and Training

High school diploma preferred.

Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x‑ray) and exposure to radioactive substances.

One year related experience required; customer service experience preferred.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $15.00 – $18.31.
