PetSmart’s Professional Bather is responsible for engaging with pet parents and their pets while providing positive experiences, salon‑specific services and upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role also shares responsibility for store cleanliness, recommends solutions for pet parents, and maintains pet safety standards.
