Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification program.
• Manage the pet parent experience in person, over the phone, and at the sales register.
• Greet pet parents, answer questions, and assist with salon reservations.
• Independently perform full menu of bath and brush services.
• Suggest health and wellness solutions to pet parents.
