• Greet pet parents, answer questions, and assist with salon reservations.
• Perform bath and brush services and related grooming tasks per standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and contribute to a safe environment for pets and staff.
• Assist with cat grooming where eligible and support cross-department needs.
