Job summary

Premium Retail Services seeks a Pet Ambassador to represent a major pet brand in a friendly retail environment. You will help shoppers find products, share knowledge on pet nutrition, and engage with customers and their pets in-store to build brand affinity.

The role requires a passion for pets, reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and you must be 18+. Training and certification by Premium will be provided, with flexible hours across multiple stores in your area.

Qualifications

• Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets and pet nutrition.
• Access to reliable transportation to get from multiple stores in your area.
• Access to a smart device for reporting.
• Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Stock and pack out client products to help ensure shoppers find what they need.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and client management.
• Provide store associates with product knowledge, including benefits and promotions to help increase sales.
• Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with customers and their pets in-store.
• Delight customers by making personalized recommendations for their pets nutrition.
