Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is hiring an Operational Team Member in Kailua, Hawaii. No prior industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to succeed in a hands‑on, physical role that supports families during a difficult time.

You will work with a supportive team to ensure dignity and care for every pet, meet daily production goals, and participate in on-site cremation, packaging, and memorial product creation at Gateway Care Center.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience is required; training will be provided.
• Able to perform hands‑on, physical work with care and precision.
• Must be dependable, punctual and able to follow safety procedures.
• Works well in a team and communicates clearly with teammates.
• On-site role at Gateway Care Center; lifting and standing required.
• Commitment to delivering quality work in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle.
