Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member in Middleborough, MA to assist with compassionate pet aftercare services. This full-time on-site role includes training, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate cremation equipment, process remains with care, and contribute to quality control and memorial product creation. The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability, with a schedule Mon–Fri 9am–5:30pm and Sat 7am–3pm.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; we provide training.
• Must be capable of physical work and standing for long periods.
• Safe handling and care in pet aftercare environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.
