Gateway Services in Byron Center, MI seeks an Operations Team Member for part-time manual labor. You will operate cremation equipment, package remains, and create memorial keepsakes, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

No industry experience is required; training is provided. The role is on-site at the Gateway Care Center with a supportive team and structured shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• No previous industry experience is required; training will be provided.
• Must be comfortable working around deceased pets.
• On-site role within Gateway Care Center and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
