Aspire Pest Solutions has an opening for a Technician in TRAINING (Male/Female) to support our Commercial, Residential, and Specialty Services. We are looking for a team‑oriented candidate who wants to learn and grow with an expanding company that offers a future and growth in a promising career—one where you care about what you do and how it can impact the lives of others. Every day, we improve someone’s life by eliminating pests and restoring their home. WE WILL FULLY TRAIN YOU! This is a full‑time position with ongoing training provided. The right person can learn the work in 3‑4 weeks and pass the exams in 1 to 4 attempts, becoming fully independent with some supervision in 5‑6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect premises regularly to identify areas where pest infestations are likely to occur
• Utilize pesticides and other treatments to eliminate pests and protect against future infestations
• Monitor related records and report any additional pest infestations or signs of activity
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports of treatments administered as required by the company
• Provide customer service by answering questions and offering advice on pest management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar field, such as construction or landscaping, working in attics or crawlspaces
• Strong communication and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with ladders, heights, tight spaces, crawl spaces, and attics (cleanouts & installs)
• A people person who works with customers and their expectations while understanding boundaries
• Good time management
• Willingness to learn
• Safety focused – no beards due to masks fitting and under 300 lb ladder limits
• Clean driving record (must provide evidence)
• Drug‑free (including random testing), vape‑free, smoke‑free
• Preference given to: college – some or graduate education
