• Able to climb ladder.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs daily.
• Not afraid of attics or crawlspaces.
• Able to consistently work outside during summer months
• Control pests in various accounts.
• Communicate with homeowners, homebuyers, and agents about planned work.
• Create diagrams and graphs illustrating infestations.
• Coordinate activities with other technicians and office staff.
• Handle daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks necessary to complete your job.
• Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicle.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings.
• Report client comments and feedback to management.
