Job summary

CWT Farms in Pikeville, TN is seeking a Pest Management Specialist to oversee daily monitoring and control of pests on GP farms. You will supervise a small crew, implement our pest management program, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Candidates should have pest management experience, be detailed, honest, and able to obtain chemical applicator licenses. A valid driver's license with clean MVR and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required to

• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented in following pest management programs.
• Understand SDS sheets and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of GP farms for pests and activity.
• Supervise the team of Pest Management Specialists.
• Execute corrective actions and follow up on problem areas.
• Legibly complete weekly reports of findings and actions taken.
• Observe farm bio-security practices and follow company bio-security programs.
