Terminix Service, Inc. of Monroe, NC is hiring a full-time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route by selling services to new and current customers, scheduling inspections, and performing pest control services.

The role offers unlimited commission-based earnings with an average income around $50,000 in commissions, incentives, and bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Good driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate a company truck.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols.
• Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
• Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time.
• Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
