Job summary

A Hiring Company is seeking an Exclusion Technician to protect homes and businesses from pests. You’ll inspect properties, identify entry points, seal gaps, and install traps while delivering top-notch customer service and quality workmanship.

You will document inspections and treatments on company software, communicate clear recommendations, and support safety and continuous improvement in every task. Full-time, on-site role in TX.

Qualifications

• Preferred pest control exclusion or related trade experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening where permitted.
• Proficient with smartphones/tablets for daily documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to identify rodent activity, entry points, and exclusion needs.
• Seal entry points and perform repairs to prevent future access.
• Install, service, and monitor traps and bait stations per standards.
• Explain findings, recommendations, and prevention strategies to customers.
• Document inspections and services using company software.
